The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few steps away from a subway station with direct connections to the exhibition center. It's also conveniently situated near many attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast offered was extensive and inviting. The staff was helpful in recommending good restaurants in the area. Lastly, the bedrooms and bathrooms were well-equipped and comfortable.
The hotel is somewhat noisy, and some guests reported issues with noise from the nearby subway that may negatively impact one's sleep quality.

This place was fantastic! It was on the 4th floor, high enough to only just hear the Metro rumbling underneath, but it was right on Corso Buenos Aires - a major shopping area. There was a Metro station literally next to the hotel, making it very easy to travel around using public transport if needed. The staff here were amazing, managing to ensure that everyone had their needs met in a calm and orderly manner. They were friendly and always helped in different requests. The room amenities were great too - including a balcony, sitting area, and terrace.
Staff really need to be educated about service. However, I recommend this hotel to family.

This hotel has a great location right next to a tube station and close to shopping areas. Being near the central station was a plus as we had to catch a bus to the airport. The staff was very helpful during check-in and at breakfast. The room wassuper clean and cozy.

Conveniently located near public transportation, perfect for exploring the city. Friendly and helpful staff who made our stay enjoyable. Great facilities including a gym, sauna, and salt room. Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Stunning view from the rooftop terrace, perfect for enjoying the city skyline.

I was impressed with the amenities at Best Western. The rooftop terrace had amazing city views, although it would have been great to have umbrellas for shade. The fitness center and swimming pool were great, and we were provided with earplugs to minimize the street noise at night.

The hotel had a great location, right next to a metro station and in the heart of a bustling shopping street. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast spread was delicious. the staff was very friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
There were a couple of downsides. the single room I stayed in was quite small and the noise from the metro outside could be heard, which affected my sleep quality.
